The disaster management includes pre-, during, and post- disaster stages. In JARING KAWAN, the psychosocial and mental health aspects include disaster preparedness, emergency operationals, and reconstruction and rehabilitation. All of these are to achieve the wellbeing of the individuals, the ability to adapt, and the willingness to be tolerant to each other.
